Chef Richard Sandoval, who brought us his marriage of Latin-Asian flavors, Zengo has partnered with Chef Kazuhiro "Kaz" Okochi of Kaz Sushi Bistro to bring us Masa 14 - a new joint concept serving Latin and Asian small plates.
