When you are in a hostile work place situation, your proper mental processing of the situation will be impaired, as you will be under extreme duress. It may be that you are a bad employee and you will easily be released, in such a case you will have no need for a lawyer, it was appropriate. If you are in a situation where you are a hard working, conscientious employee and are under attack in what can be considered a "turf war" by low quality employees who take a sociopathic delight in choosing targets in a serial fashion for harassment as a means of retaining control of a work place where their slothful indifference is tolerated, you will need quality representation. Mashel law is not that. Representation means they consider the situation with the emotional detachment you will lack. Your only goal in a hostile work place situation is getting away from the professional, psychological, sexual or physical abuse being used against you to generate the hostile work place situation. You need better than they will provide.
