Steve was wonderful when I first met him, he was attentive and helpful with ideas. As soon as I signed the contract it was like dealing with a different person. He refused a check made to the company and offered a discount for cash. There were a lot of "PROBLEMS" as he said that needed to be added to the contract. He was Very pushy with things I didn't want to pay for. Upon further investigation he is not a legal Massachusetts business. Buyer beware

This guy and his wife are thieves! Do not trust them! To work for, or have them do work on your home/business-FIND SOMEONE ELSE! They hire illegals with NO papers, social security number, or driver's license! They rob their employees, and take advantage of their customers. They have been referred to the Town of Andover, I.C.E., and to the BBB for investigation. LOSERS!!!

They are listed under the Reading address(see below about "fire"), but they are located on South Main St. in Andover, (The owner actually explained why a woman showed up at his place, telling me, "F*ck. We're being audited. That's okay though, my office mysteriously had a fire. Good luck to them finding any paperwork, or receipts!"

They use multiple configurations of their business name and change phone numbers like people change socks! They even change the spelling of their last name to avoid detection! (Gerrier/Gerrior, etc.).
