I've been buying supplies and tools there for 15 years or so.

I had a home project to do with tile and floor heat. They had everything I needed to do my job from start to finish, including all the tools and setting materials. The customer service was A+. Very knowledgable and friendly customer service. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

As soon I walked through the door I was greeted and felt very comfortable rite away! The employees at MasterWholesale were very knowledgeable on all the products in the store and knew how and when each specific product could be used or not be used. The slogan 1 stop shopping stop ultamately lives up to its name at MasterWholesale. The quality and choices I was offered at MasterWholesale are outstanding and knowing that I can find products at MasterWholesale that I can not find anywhere else really put a lot of my worries to rest. Knowing that the Owner Blake is availible to answer any of my questions relaying to the products at MasterWholesale is a Big Bonus when it comes down to future projects I might encounter! Thanks Blake for all the help! I couldnt have finished my bathroom without it! As in reference to Frank the guy who's comments are totally incorrect, my understanding of the return policy at MasterWholesale is clear and understanding. When I was checking out and ready to pay, before even taking any kind if payment from me the associate explained to me loud and clear what the return policy is!

To end my review let me just say that I encourage any and all to at least stop by and check out the variety and friendly atmosphere provided at Masterwholesale. I'm sure you will walk away with the same feelings I have. Thankyou

Master Wholesale.. The place where they will meet or beat any price on same or "like" items. Online website says refunds are welcome.. Reality is NO REFUNDS!!! Owner, "Blake" does not know what website says... He says that it is out of his control. OWNER??? I do not believe that he is out of touch with his own business to this degree. I purchased an item... found it elsewhere for $30.00 less. Only difference was the COLOR!!! No Refund!!! RUDE and ARROGANT is the only response I received from BLAKE (the owner?). BE VERY CAREFUL with this place... NOT A PLACE I WILL EVER DO BUSINESS WITH AGAIN nor will I recommend to anyone. On the contrary... I will spread the word regarding it's shoddy business practice.
