Loved Working Here!:
Hey guys! Thanks for the email nudge. I've been meaning to write a review about my experience working with you guys on that project in Colorado Springs.

What a project! If I recall you guys replaced 100+ AC units and HVAC systems that had been damaged or destroyed from last year's storm.

I was the Property Manager for the apartments at the time but now have moved onto my own business in commercial realty.

You guys were very prompt, responsible and professional. I was so happy to work with you guys because everything I asked you to do or to take care of was never second-guessed and everything was done to my satisfaction.

The project went very smooth and I was super pleased with the final result.

Thank you Matrix Land Development for all your expertise and persistence in meeting our deadlines!

Excellent 3D Renderings...:
I own the Design Studio for Modern Structures out here in Denver, Colorado. I was told to come here and put up a review of my experience with Matrix Land Development, Inc.

Normally I would not add a review to a website because it is very time consuming but the way
I feel about the 3D Renderings that their Architectural department did is just too good, to pass on a review.

Matrix Land Development actually does mostly roofing, HVAC and construction for commercial properties and it was a miracle that they had a tab on their site for design services.

Apparently, their sister company Parallel Alliance does all their design and CAD and blueprint work.

Getting to the point, I was very pleased with the 3D renderings that they did on these commercial office buildings that we are conceptualizing for our clients.

Our clients seemed happy with the work but wished they had gotten more than what they paid for but as for me I was satisfied and that they did a job well done.

They found more damage than 4 other roofers!:
We inquired about Matrix Land Development because a commercial realtor who works next door had thrown their card in the trash.

We wanted to see if they were really as bad as it looked and since our restaurant was hit with hail stones last summer, we thought we would inquire to see if they could find damage.

Prior to calling Matrix, we had already had 4 other roofers come out to see us. Two were referrals and two were cold calls.

All 4 contractors had trouble finding enough damage to file a claim with the insurance or make it worth our efforts since our deductible is $2500.

It took Tom about 45 minutes to inspect our roof and HVAC systems. He was dressed professionally and spoke with much enthusiasm.

We were skeptical of Tom and his staff because of the fact that we got his card out of the trash but when Tom came to my husband and I with nearly 37% more damage than anyone else could find...

...we decided to use Matrix Land Development for our roof repair. Best decision we ever made!

They increased my claim from $64k to $129,000:
Rather than go into large story about my experience from start to finish with Matrix Land Development, I want to world to know that I am very satisfied with the insurance work provided.

It is known fact that many of the insurance providers today, they say NO to those of us filing claims for damage repair to commercial building.

I knew I had got damaged from the last hail storm but had no idea the exacts of value.

One roofer came out and did a 2-hour inspection for FREE and told us that we could essentially file a a claim for $64,000.

We decided not to move forward.

Then we find Matrix Land Development sign on the road while driving and we call them to give us another quote.

Again 2-hour inspection but something wonderful at the end, the project managers did such a good job with inspection and site evaluation that they increased my claim from $64k to $129,000.

I am very happy!
