My 83-year-old mother had been a patient at this practice since 2007, she saw Dr. Wood's father prior to him retiring. My mother has macular degeneration and has little eyesight left. She requires shots in her eyes every 5-6 weeks to retain what little eyesight she has. A week after a visit in April, Dr. Wood sent a certified letter to my mother advising he would no longer care for her. No explanation. I have called twice and sent a letter with no reply over the last two weeks. Words cannot describe how this doctor has made my mother feel. Unthinkable a doctor could fire a patient as sweet as my mother after 14 years of providing service. I do NOT recommend this doctor.
