Completely Unresponsive:
I can't speak for all of Amerprise, but Matthew Repko, our local advisor, has left us completely unsatisfied. It seems that unless you have a boatload of money, it's not worth Matthew Repko's time to respond to your email or phone call. My husband & I have struggled for years getting him to respond to us when we have a question. It seems since we only have 3 insurance policies with Ameriprise, we aren't worth Matt's time. I just had Amerprise change our advisor so we can actually speak to someone when we need. If you aren't rich, and just want to have a small investment for a bit of security, DON"T go to Matthew Repko.
