Phone Service Doesn't Match Cust. Service Claim:
I am a supervisor at an optical shop in Orlando. As a service to a customer I had to contact Dr. Matthews' office. Dr. Matthews himself called me back and was extremely rude, rushed, and unprofessional. I did not need much of his time, yet he barely gave me a chance to speak, even rudely asking me "Well, what do you want me to do?" He basically hung up on me, without giving me a chance to explain what I needed for the customer. I reviewed the office website and noticed how Matthews and Matthews pride themselves on friendly service to the community. HA! How extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend their services.
