Very poor service:
I recently had my car towed by this company and am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of their work. After I got my car back I noticed deep gouges on the inside of the door, scratches on the inside of the window, and chunks taken out of the rubber seal on the exterior of the driver's side door. It appears as if they used a "slim jim" tool to try to unlock the door from the outside.
However, my car doesn't have a locking mechanism on the inside of the door, and it appears they mistook the rear view mirror adjustment switch with a lock. Considering I drive a BMW 3-series, a very common vehicle, it strikes me as highly negligent and reckless that they would attempt to enter a locked vehicle without the required skill and expertise.
Upon addressing the issue with the Matthew McKinnon, the owner, I was accused of falsifying information. Needless to say I am quite upset, and I advice anyone in need of a towing service to search elsewhere.
