Horrible customer service.:
When windows were installed, they were very professional. When there was a problem 2 seperate times to repair the lifetime warranty the are horrible. This last time cracking 2 windows they were supposed to have been fixing. They do not call back, they make you wait 2 1/2 months to get a window. Then break the new window, then try to put old one back in break that to, then refuse to call you back or answer a phone. Sitting here with a huge picture window broken and no company that cares. How do you as a company break someones window and not have the decency to make it right?
