Was referred here by my primary doctor because of a constant pain and lump that I had in my left arm pit/joint. I seen Dr. Melanie Friedlander and she was horrible. She claimed that she felt nothing and that there wasn't much she could do for me. But the worst part was the way she sat on her Doctor's stool and sat and looked at me as if I was making this pain that I had for 2 years up. Every time I tried to explain anything about my pain she would quickly interrupt as if she didn't want to help me and what I was saying was all in my head. Finally, only because I began to cry because I had every type of scan, labwork and physical therapy out there and I was desperate to get rid of the pain, she decided to request a referral for a 2nd Mri. She showed no compassion. I never went back to see her for the follow up appt. Today, I still have the pain and I am seeing the my primary doctor for a referral to an orthopedic doctor.
