I have done framing that is really simple like posters but also I framed some old family photos. The owner helped me pick each frame and mat. He seemed to be really aware that the photos were really special to me. I learned about all different kinds of frame. Some of the frames I chose were custom exotic woods and silk mats. One frame for my great grand mother is 23 caret gold hand made frame that is beautiful. I am a customer for life. Thanks Jim, you were attentive, knowledgeable, and really brought those family memories to life in a beautiful way!

I had somethings framed here! besides charging me an arm and a leg! they tried to pass off a different frame finish than the one we agreed to! in addition it took them almost 5 months to frame my items - I then had to return a piece and have it re centered because the image kept moving around in side the frame! to boot they had terrible customer service and the owner is a thief! never again MCM!!
