Unfriendly and shady:
I requested to be taken off of automatic delivery. The man I spoke with gave me a hard time, so I called 2 weeks later to confirm I was off of the list. A few weeks later, they did a delivery without my request. So although I told them I did not want their services, they delivered it anyway.
