I've been with McCollough for a long time. I am grateful for prompt customer service! I contacted waste management as I was tired of constantly having to call because things were not Picked up! I noticed a lot of my neighbors with their blue McCollough trash cans on the street. frustrated I called waste management to let them know I was switching. I asked the customer service rep at waste management if it bothered them that my street seems to have switched to MMcCullough, she actually said to me for every ten that drop us 10 more sign up. REALLY??? I sure hope she was being monitored!

Had this company for a long time and was consistently disappointed in the service. Several times they missed our house and I was told they would not rectify the situation as this was company policy. They accidentally removed our recycle can and would not replace it, Whenever I called the company I was treated as an inconvenience. To top it off, when I called to terminate the account they were unbelievably unprofessional regarding my new service. And ended by dumping my trash all over my front lawn and taking their cans. They charged me for January and then failed to pick up our trash for the rest of the month. I wouldn't come back to them if they were the least expensive company out there.

I have been with this company for about 10 years and the only reason was because they were cheaper. I finally got fed up of the ignorance and unprofessionalism of the woman that answers the phone and went with another company. Any problem you would call with, if you were lucky enough to get through to a live person, the problem was always the customer, never the company. From not picking up your trash to throwing the empty cans all over to dumping part of the trash in the street, it was never them, always you. I don't know how they keep this woman on the payroll because she is one of the most ignorant people I have ever spoken to and she is the one that will eventually put them out of business.

I have been using them for almost ten years after Waste Mgmt was overcharging and throwing my can all over the street. My parents used them to for almost 20 years until we moved. They are great and easy people to work with. They also do the removal for our investment properties.
