Highlights: i have pictures to confirm every claim made. They illegaly used the "NADCA certified specialsts" on their previous website -which has since been taken down and also on their contract. I have an email from NADCA saying that McMurray and Sons were illegally using the NADCA logo. They sent inexperienced furnace installers who cut hole in wrong end of furnace cabinet, covered it with metal, never told us, cut another hole to insert ductwork instead of setting up plenum, furnace was lopsided as evidenced by crooked cabinet doors, lines weren't sloped, system wasn't sealed, AC coil was not cleaned or inspected as reported, vapor barrier in crawl was not removed and crawl was not cleaned but instead new vapor barrier was laid on top of old filth, duct cleaning and sealing was done improperly, toxic sealant was smeared inside the duct as well as boot connector, at least one duct was forgotten completely, house reeked of chemicals for months and was inhabitable, reverse air pressure system for safety was done incorrectly and didnt' work, sealing of plumbing connections and duct system was incomplete and poorly done, old duct was left open and unsealed and pumping hot furnace air directly into crawl. so much more, so little room to say. Complaint filed with BBB. STAY AWAY from this company in all it's locations: BEND, EUREKA, MEDFORD, GRANTS PASS. the other locations are roofing but owner Dave McMurray failed to address our concerns and stopped taking our calls. He never came to inspect the problems as he promised.
