I had their services for years and always give Christmas bonuses to my trash and mail people. When my trash person switched companies I switched with him. They gave me a free month for switching over. They recently had a new driver on the route. He kept missing my home and not taking my trash recycling or both. I called multiple times asking for a manager or owner as the trash and recycling was piling up in the summer. A woman said the owner is old and never comes in and she was the manager and hung up on me when I said I wanted to cancel my services. I left a message to come get my barrel and cancel my services which they did. Since I had paid in advance I never got my money back after they came and took my container. I have asked for a refund of what I had paid in advance and they said they will not refund me and if I call again they will send me a bill for the wear on the container !!!!!!! The woman keeps calling from a blocked number rudely saying these things, insulting me and hanging up before I have a chance to reply. My husband had also tried to contact the owner with no luck. My husband will have to file in small claims court to get my money back.
