First the post from 2009 comments on no active website; still don't as it is listed as 'under construction.' Lied to me to sign the lease and were a pain to work with. Demanded us to respond quickly but would not respond to us even when told they would. Home had many issues that I was unaware of until already signed the lease. Spoke with neighbors who were surprised someone rented the space and learned why quickly. If you think you are getting a good deal on a home with them, trust me you are wrong! Told not to worry about having the carpet cleaned as if was included and still got charged after move out.
