I have a 28yr old unit on my roof. during Aug. it stopped cooling I originally called a different co & they wanted a lot of $$ Said I needed a new unit because my compresor was dead. I called MD Mechanical since they will give FREE 2nd opinion on replacing units.They were out within an hr. They replaced a run capacitor ( at a very fair price) & my compressor started working!! They even told me it was in very good shape for its age & said I really didn't need to replace it. YES, it does take alot more electricity than a new one; but in these tough times I was so impressed with MD Mechanical's honesty. Thank you Brandon & thank you for your fast response MD Mechanical
