Since 1975 Meals On Wheels Plus, Inc., a local non-profit organization, has been providing home delivered meals for frail persons who are unable to prepare balanced meals for themselves daily. A hot noon meal is delivered by trained volunteers to people 65 yrs. & older, and to younger adults with one or more disabilities who live in the Abilene, Hamby, Hodges & Potosi areas.
