Medical Guardian wasn't helpful:
Medical Guardian provides a very low level of customer service. When I received their contract, there were several aspects of it that did not apply to my situation. They wouldn’t revise the contract. They told me that I needed to pay for 90 days of service. Then they told me that it would take ten days to get me the system. I asked them to not include the ten days against my 90 days of service but they wouldn’t do this. It’s not a company that favors the customer.

I would suggest Medical Guardian to anyone with a parent living alone:
The Medical Guardian system has been in my Dad's home for 3 months now. Last Saturday night he used it after a fall in his basement. The operator at Medical Guardian called both my sister and I, who live with 5 miles of Dad. I feel better knowing we have a dependable medical alert system in Dad's Home!
