First of all I have always been TERRIFIED of any dentist !! Dr. Melland is the absolute best I have ever been to! (and that is many, jumping from one to another out of fear) I had one molar that bothered me for a long time. I had gone to, two different dentist, one doing a root canal, second redoing the same root canal. Still this same molar continued to hurt. I was referred to Dr. Melland, he worked on this same molar one time, found the problem, AND FINALY FIXED IT!! Because his kindness, soft touch, caring, understanding, just taking the time to comfort and listen, I am no longer afraid of this dentist. There are no words to describe how wonderful, and compassionate Dr. Melland is toward his patients. This truly is dentist that cares about people, not just a patient.
