About seven years ago Mr. Mayberg agreed to represent me in a very time sensitive case that is still pending till today. Mr. Mayberg signed a fee agreement with us and told us that he is assigning the work to an attorney named Eduardo Exposito. WE were having problems with this attorney and we would call Mr. Mayberg to explain the problems - because he was the attorney responsible for our case, but he would assure us that the case was complicated and it is going to take time and we needed to be patient. During the course of our case, Mr. Exposito was disbarred. No on informed us of this - not Mr. Exposito or Mr. Mayberg. This attorney was not only disbarred but has since been arrested for fraud. Mr. Mayberg not only assigned a criminal to work on our case, but he lied about the status of the case throughout, he also created false documents that he presented to the defendants which ultimately caused to the defendants to dismiss the case do to "Misconduct and Fraud". There is much more to this crazy story and you can find out anything you would like because I have filed a complaint against him in the Florida Bar. I was unsuccessful at getting him disbarred - which is what he should be, however, complaints are public record - please make sure you call them and ask for a case history of this man before giving him a dime. He is a thief, a liar and should be in prison. P.S. I am not the only one who has filed a complaint against this attorney - PLEASE CALL THE FLORIDA BAR AND REQUEST A CASE HISTORY OF THIS MAN BEFORE PAYING HIM A DIME!!!! Once he gets paid - you may end up being confused as to who he is actually representing - you or the person(persons) you are suing
