Reservation policy: We accept reservations for Dinner and Brunch services. We save some tables for walk-in parties on Friday and Saturday night. For reservations, we generally allow 1.5 hours for parties of 2 and 2 hours for parties of 3-8. If you feel that your party will need more time than this, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your group. We cant wait to share...

Merchant is a casual dining restaurant that go by the farm-to-table concept of food. Meats and vegetables used here are locally sourced from farmers, and is as fresh as it gets. You can read where each ingredient has been sourced from, including the cheese and liquor. The service here is excellent, and the wait staff is helpful. Ask for a run though of the specials before you place your order.
