Please do not take your car here for any service repairs. The store Manager, George Davis, baits and switches you. He at first told us the diagnostic was free so we listened and stayed to tell him what was wrong with the car, then as we've told him EVERYTHING that we thought was wrong with our car and he prints out the paper for us to fill out, we saw an $88 estimated bill for diagnostics. We asked about this because he had told us that the diagnostic would be free, but when we had told him that we had a check engine light on, he used this as a "we have to charge you because it's an electronic diagnosis and we'll have to read the codes from your car." The people here scam you!!! Please do not come here what so ever.

I came here two weeks ago and thought everything was fine. The store Manager calls me the next day to tell me my estimate so I make sure to ask about everything that is needed (because I am pretty broke at the moment so i had to make sure every repair i could afford and was actually needed). I asked about all three things that needed to be done and what they were for, and they seemed like it was exactly what my car needed. It wasn't anything out of the ordinary so i believed the guy. Oh was I wrong!

Two weeks later I call to tell him that the problem is still occurring. He tells me to bring it back in and they'll look at it for free since they did not do it properly the first time and I would not have to wait because it was a comeback repair and not a new repair. I got there two days later because of scheduling and they were hesitant to look at my car. They were telling me I may have had to wait a few hours because the technician had two cars in the garage already. I told them that since this was a come back repair, I'm not suppose to wait a few hours, I shouldn't even have to be there! So they decided to look.

The sales guy tried to tell me that I had to pay for another diagnostic which is RIDICULOUS because they should have fixed it right the first time around when I told them the problem was happening! Nope. The guy was telling me I never told them. That's a lie because i wouldn't have needed to buy one of the parts that I did if they didn't know about the problem! Then the guy tried to tell me to buy XXX parts, when XXX parts already came in the set of parts I bought the first time around!!!

Then I knew they were most likely not knowing what they were doing and they were not willing to help fix ANYTHING. I can seem like the type to be taken advantage of, and I think they were jumping on that opportunity. They scam you into doing things and buying parts you really don't need and then it breaks a few weeks later and can't own up to it.

Customer service was rude, they were demeaning, disrespectful and out right cruel. They belittled me and made me feel completely out of place (as if I wasn't already).

They are just plain jerks here. Please do not come here and save yourself a trip (and a few more trips because you'll most likely be coming back!!!!). Find another auto servicer and give them your business.
