We don't go out unless people answer phone:
We called 2 times and left messages that afternoon to confirm someone was there before going out. No return calls. Left a message the following morning as well. You said you had someone else out on Wednesday. Why wait 3 days?

never showed up, never called, spent a cold night with sick kids.:
i called metro bright and early monday monrning. i spoke with mike and he said they could be out 330pm. i agreed , then added that if they could come sooner that would be great as my children are sick and its cold in the house. he said he would if he could. they never showed and never called, i gave them until 430 and began calling other heating services, if i wanted to pay an after hour charge , i could have had someone out that night. unfortunately, that is not in my budget. tuesday i called another company, and late afternoon they were able to come out , by then its 55 degrees in my house my kids are wearing their coats in the house. metro NEVER calls, when confronted on wednesday, eric askes me why I waited a day to call! that was his apology! then when confronted with that statement he gives a half hearted apology. then mike calls and says he left me atleast 3 messages. Mike is lying. these people are horrible.
