At Mi Casita we do not use the term 'authentic' to describe our menu. Rather, we prefer the word 'traditional'. Traditional Mexican cuisine is in many respects the most diverse cuisine in all of Latin America. With roots in ancient Aztec and Mayan dishes, Mexican cuisine can trace its history back a thousand years or more. And traditional Mexican fare is very, very regional. It varies greatly...
