NO SHOW, WASTED MY WHOLE DAY! Based on reviews here, I booked 10 days in advance for some valve replacements with 2-hr. time window. After several calls from Zane and Matt moving the time out later and later due to another customer's emergency, I received a call indicating they wouldn't get to me at all and wanting to reschedule for 2 days out.
And Zane got REALLY nasty with me for being upset. Like after waiting for hours I should be grateful that they would come on Saturday, which he said would cost him overtime. What about my wasted time off?
