I paid the basement waterproofing section of this company thousands of dollars to put drains and a sump pump in my basement. When the system failed a couple years later, they admitted that the sump pump was not installed properly and made an appointment with me to install another pump. They DIDN'T SHOW UP for the appointment and refused my calls to reschedule. They WOULD NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY or stand by their work. Very unprofessional and unreliable. ;-(
