Dr. Higgins did an excellent job transforming my smile from ugly to beautiful! I'am so satisfied with the way my implants, crown and veneer came out. He did such a good job, matching my crown and veneer that it looks like a good version of my real teeth. I'am also aware now the importance of keeping a healthy mouth(flossing everyday and regular visit to the dentist) I highly recommend Dr. Higgins not only because of his years of experience, but due to the fact that he's also caring, knowlegable, good educator, friendly staff convenient location..

I had been going to Dr. Higgins for 2 years, driving 10 miles each way. I found him in a bartering organization. Once I obtained Dental Insurance, In-Network and 100% coverage, Dr. Higgins' staff had verified my benefits. I ask Dr. Higgins what the benefits were, since he wanted to see me every THREE months, and he assured me that since I am a "perio patient" that I am qualified to have four COVERED cleanings per year, with benefits up to $1000. The EOBs come and there was no coverage for more than two per year. The bill then comes out to $470.80. FOR 2 NON-COVERED CLEANINGS. I asked if this was a mistake. He negotiated a 20% discount. I review the verbal information with them and they will not honor it. THIS OFFICE GOUGED ME AND SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS, AFFECTING MY CREDIT. Patient Beware
