I just bought a car from good ol Mac Mac on 10-14-13 and on 12-4-13 my transmission went out on me while driving. I bought a 2002 with only 65000 on it.
I had my car towed up there that morning, waited in the rain for 2 hours for them to open. To find out i wouldnt get my car back till the following tuesday. They wouldnt offer me a rental/loaner car from lot and they refused to help with the expense of me having to get a rental. So i call Michael Wanye Investments explainging this and asked for a deferment on my next two payments because of price of rental was that. I was informed to call back once i got my car back, i did. And because i didnt have enough funds in my account my boss put it on his cc with me as extra driver. And now because of that i still gotta pay bith payments this month bythe 30th and pay back my boss for the rental.

I got screwed big time. I should had never had to go through this. I am a new customer and this is how they treat me?
