Poor quality and poor customer service...if I could, I would give this florist 0 stars but 1 star is the worst I can do. The owner (Michael) literally berated both my husband (sender) and me (recipient) over the phone after we complained that the flowers he delivered died within 24 hours. Without so much as an apology, he compared flowers dying unexpectedly to people dying unexpectedly in the hospital. Poor comparison since my father has been in and out of the hospital sick with a cancer diagnosis. I told the owner that his comparison was offensive. He laughed and called me ignorant. My husband sends me flowers every month to celebrate the day we were married. Every order we've been unfortunate enough to receive from Michael's has died (in whole or part) within 24 hours and/or they substituted inferior flowers (eg. Carnations for Roses). DO NOT order flowers through this florist and when ordering through 1800Flowers specify that you DO NOT want this florist fulfilling your order.
