The once-upon-a-time food truck graduated to this open and sparse brick-and-mortar location on North Lamar in January 2013 and is now flooded with ramen aficionados; soup can be ordered with three thicknesses of broth (light, regular and stout), while toppings include the usual ingredients like chasu pork and soft-boiled egg – also on the menu is one of the only vegetarian ramens in town.
