Before they joined the it'sME online banking system, you could do things like schedule a payment 2 weeks out, and not worry about them taking it into account for the purpose of assessing you "courtesy pay" fees of $33.00 an item. Afterward, they became so abusive that I was finally scared to pay anything online anymore, since they will exploit any large or small opportunity to assess you with fees. I have since closed my account with them, and I strongly suggest you don't open one.
