Have you ever seen the commercial "Need a Brake!" and the reference about grease monkeys? That is this place. It is like talking to a brick wall. Not to mention the place looked like a trailer park. I was sent there by the guy's insurance company, along with the bank (lien holder of the car). I was rear-ended by a '98 Accord while at a dead stop.

They did a great job of replacing the rear bumper and blending the paint, as well as repairing the quarter panels. When I got out of my driver side door once getting home the door was as if I was breaking something, and what appears to be fresh grind marks on the inside of the door - next to the tire pressure guide. The owner denies any claim when I call in; I have the work sheet (R & I Assembly on most of the door). He gives in and I show up this morning. Says it was old damage. I would know prior to coming in if the door felt like it was going to fall off.
