Unprofessional, bad service and illicit billing:
Called Mike's several times to fix walk-in freezor, walk-in cooler, cold unit, etc. Mike's sent unqualified technicians who would come several times to fix the same equipment and charge every time. One of their technicians (Rick) kept swearing all the time while working on the equipment and making derogatory comments. When questioned, their answer was that charges will apply if we change a part. So they make several trips and do piecemeal work on the same equipment and leave with an invoice and check..This has happened to every equipment that they serviced at the store. The equipment serviced would break down after a few weeks (2-5 weeks). Also, they quote an estimate on parts and when the work is completed their invoice will charge more for the same parts that were quoted. When asked about it their response was "it's only a few $$ more" what's the big deal? don't be cheap. The lady I spoke was rude, obnoxious and very unprofessional. On one of the invoices when I asked her why I was charged twice for the same part she started screaming and shouting and calling names. No explanation was given. The manufacturer of the equipment confirmed that the parts that I was being charged for was duplicate. I will never again call this guys to fix anything nor recommend them to anyone. Anyone using their service should get a quote first and make sure their final invoice (after service is completed) is checked to match against their quote. They do have a habit of padding their invoices. Also, they don't fix the equipment the first time. It takes them several trips to fix the same equipment with of course charges for every visit. They don't stand by their service guarantee or maybe they don't have one. NEVER AGAIN. WORST SERVICE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! UNETHICAL BILLING!!
