I have had a cracked windshield for probably 6 months, now. Since it's time to apply the shiny new city sticker, I figured it was best to replace the windshield before the sticker.
On Sunday, I was searching online for local automotive glass companies. Lo and behold, there is a Safelite not 5 minutes away from my home. Their corporate website is most excellent. I was able to get a quote, as well as schedule an appointment for today, Monday. Like most auto glass companies, they will come to you to do the repair or replacement, but since I'm so close, I thought I'd save them the trip. I had not heard from them in the morning, so I figured it was safe to assume they had the glass in stock...and they did. I also showed up 30 minutes early, and they didn't mind. Some businesses can get p@!%y about early arrivals.
The waiting area is typical of an automotive repair shop. It was clean and non-remarkable. The gentleman at the front desk (and the manager I presume) was Anjel, and he was most professional. What impressed me most was when I told him of a water leak I had previously...one we were having a heck of a time diagnosing...and he knew all about it, and that it was common with my make and model. He also brought me out for a visual explanation, and they cleaned out the suspect area as best as possible. This had nothing to do with windshield replacement, (aside from being in the same general area) and was completely above and beyond the call of duty. Daniel was the technician that replaced the windshield, and he also was pleasant and professional.
I worked in the automotive industry for 10 years (parts and service) and I know what pieces of work auto technicians can be...so I'm very wary, and have seen it all. The entire experience exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend this location for any of your auto glass needs. If you need a windshield and wish to wait, be prepared to wait as long as 90 minutes. The car cannot be driven while the sealant cures. I would like to think their "to-go" service is just as good, but I cannot review that, obviously. I would most definitely return in the event I need any more glass

.My wife called 4 glass companies to replace her door glass on our jeep and when she called mikes mobile glass she felt that she can trust there job , i looked up mikes mob ile glass on line and i found out they have some great out standing reviews ,and some bad once so i called few other glass shops and some of these guys are rude ,,or they push so h@!%!*n u they want your busniess and when you start ask questions about what kind of glass they have , and how long they been in business they get made and hang up the phone.
So i did call mikes mobile my self and my wife was wright 100% from the second they picked up there phone u can tell they are professional and they know what they are talking about so it was ok to pay extra $18.00 to go with themand as we all know u get what u pay for.
i can say that my experianc with mikes mobile glass was great great great service they showed up on time , vacuumed my broken glass , i kid u not the service was great love it ,,.....
one more thing i would like to tell every one looking for a GLASS replacment call mikes mobile glass , even if u don't want to use them , so you will exactly what am talking about , then u can tell me thank u later on ...thank you mikes mobile and good luck with your business...

Do not use these people:
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Totally unprofessional, unreliable, undependable, and incompetent. Yes they were quick to show up for the installation of a rear window, but 3 weeks later the window is about to fall out and they WILL NOT come out to fix it. They will not return phone calls and have every excuse in the world why they haven't been able to show up. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau, me and almost 40 others, I am working with my credit card company, and I will post everywhere possible not to use them. It is unbelievable to me that they can even get a business license.
