A couple of days ago, my teenage son went in to Mike's Music Shop to sell a guitar, but instead, came home with a different guitar as an even trade. After thinking about it for a couple of days, I started to wonder about it and stopped in today to ask a couple of questions about this trade. After explaining to the owner that I was a mom of a teenager and just had a few questions about this trade, he quickly began to tell me that it was pretty much an "apples to apples" even trade and that he got a "good guitar". When I asked another question about it he quickly grabbed a business card, scribbled some info on the back, shoved it at me, said thank you and rudely dismissed me by walking away and sitting down behind the counter. When I asked him why he rudely walked away, he said he had answered my questions and what more did I want? The conversation escalated to the point that he asked me to leave, and said that he was busy (there was not one customer in the store at that time). The owner was hateful and rude, and I will NEVER go back!! Why the one star?? Because the definition of one star = HATED IT
