Milk Source was co-founded in 1999 by Jim Ostrom, John Vosters and Todd Willer — all from multi-generational Wisconsin farm families.

Milk Source, LLC operates dairies, animal-care facilities and cropland in Wisconsin, Michigan and Kansas. It traces its roots to 1965 when Ted and Dorothy Vosters started a 30-cow dairy farm in Kaukauna, Wis. Its three partners -- Jim Ostrom, John Vosters and Todd Willer -- are all from multi-generational dairy farming families. In 2014, Milk Source was named Innovative Dairy Farmer of the Year...
