had a white suit with heavy duty wine stains. they got them all out.. the suit came back looking like it was brand new!

I had a problem with another dry cleaner in the area a few months ago and tried out Mill Pond Cleaners on the suggestion of a friend (I send at least two batches of suits for dry cleaning each week). I was not disappointed: the staff is very helpful and courteous, and I receive my clothes back in a timely fashion. They do all of their work on the premises and are meticulous about details. I normally don't go out of my way to praise a business, but these guys definitely deserve it.

If you did get tar on your shirt, go to the store and buy a new one before using this rat hole. I recommend Millpond Cleaners if you would like to be treated poorly, have them forget about your dry cleaning, give you different eta's each time you call and finally have your dry cleaning ready after a 3rd phone call and 10 weeks of waiting. Did I mention that the owner is a creep? Well, he is and really did not appear to be phased when I calmly and politely explained why I was unhappy and that one of his employees was rude to me on the phone. Overall, I'd say that this place is the worst and I would have been better off throwing my clothes in the pond across the street and then picking them up after they went over the waterfall on the other side.
