I needed to get film and VHS tapes transferred to DVD, they were one of the only companies I contacted where the phone was answered by a real person. The man I spoke with was very patient with answering all my questions. I learned that they do everything there and don't send anything "out" to be done. That made me feel more secure. The DVD was great and they did everything they could to make it easier for me. My friend got her film done at Walgreens and it took a lot longer and the packaging etc wasn't anywhere near as nice as the one they made for me. I found them reasonably priced and very nice to deal with. I'd recommend them highly.
