Built in 1941, this landmark building originally served the residents of Miller Beach as a quality bakery serving pastries and breads for 45 years. In 1986, the bakery shut its doors and a Chicago couple bought the building to renovate and rename, Miller Bakery Café. The new owners hired Chef Gary Sanders, fresh out of culinary school at the young age of 22-years old, to head up the kitchen....
