I've been a customer since 1997 and have had nothing but GREAT service. You always get a pleasant person on the phone and the gentlemen that come out to do the work are very careful to not make a mess and are always knowledgeable. They even worked with me on the price for major work I needed since I'm disabled. Keep up the good work....

They charged us nearly 1000.00 for work to our pellet stove. They ran a liner up the chimney, replaced the door glass and gasket, and the door gasket. We called them to come and check the door gasket because it was leaking. They denied doing the work, even though we watched them do it. After arguing with their nasty secretary, "Angel" several times, we called another company to come and fix it. The door gasket was the wrong size- and they said it would be almost impossible to change the glass without removing the door gasket. (Angel also claimed that they do not carry door gasket- this is a stove company???). The glass was installed wrong and with the wrong gasket. We had that documented by the other company. So far it has cost us another 150.00 to fix what Millers did and denied that they did. We could get nowhere with calling them. Very poor customer service. We would not recommend them to anyone!
