Neglect:

They ignored a wound my dog had gotten while at the kennel that turned into an extremely high fever and a bad infection on my dog and they lied about not knowing about it. The wound was at least 6 inches wide and extremely noticeable. He was dripping blood when we got him. I had to put my dog down the day I got him back because it was so bad. Do not board your animals here because they neglect to actually take care of your beloved pet while you're away or at least even bother to call you to tell you your pet needs help.
