mio serves mediterranean and internationally inspired cuisine with a commitment to serving humanely and sustainably raised and processed meat, poultry and fish, as well as organic milk, eggs and produce.

Internationally inspired food made "from scratch" using humanely and sustainably raised meat and poultry that are free range and vegetarian fed. We also use organic products and organic local produce when seasonably available. Some specialties are Niman Ranch bistro steak, Niman Ranch pork loin dusted in curry and finished with a apple cider and cranberry reduction, Free Bird statler breast...
We use meat and poultry from small, non-factory farms. Our fry oil is non-GMO. Our milk and cream is organic. Our heavy cream is local and RGBH free. Our lettuce and grape tomatoes are organic. Our tomato sauce is made from muir glenn organic tomatos or san marzano plum tomatoes from Italy. Our flour is from Italy and is Caputo 00. Most of our cheeses are from Vermont.
