Owner rude, unfriendly and last wk was mu 2nd visit in a month where she was talking about a customer before they were even out the door. One of those customers happened to be my friend, so that makes 2 customers not returning. There are enough other GREAT quilt shops in CNY & that's where I'll be going from now on. Totally inexcusable customer service. If the owner's burned out - time to retire!
