rude:
2 horrible delivery experiences. First time order took 3 hours, was told there was a computer problem. Owner was apologetic and gave us our order free. Tonight however two hours no order, when I called in after 1.5 hrs was told the driver would be here any minute. At 2 hrs I asked to speak to owner, was told a manger would help. The manager was extremely rude, told me I had two options, wait or come in and get a refund( Paid by credit card). My children are now in bed so thats not an option. We ate here once a week and my husband loves the food but I will not go back to a place that would treat a loyal customer so rudely.
