Since 2009 the company has been providing Retail - Customized Clothing And Apparel.

If I could give this company a negative rating I would. I ordered a letterman jacket in early Oct and was given excuse after excuse as to why is wasn't ready from Oct-Dec. They always said they would call me, but never once did I receive a call from them. One lame excuse from the owner was that the wrong jackets shipped and it wasn't her fault. She couldn't get it through her head I didn't care, my contract was with her and not the shipper and it was her responsibility. She even had the audacity to tell me since I ordered it in Oct, I was lucky I could get it at all. Of course they didn't tell me that when I ordered it. When the jacket finally arrived in Dec, the lining in one sleeve was twisted. They did send it to be fixed, however once again I had to call them and stop in twice before they finally delivered it. Stay Away!
