went in for an alignment. They tried to convince me that my tires were bad and they could not do an alignment unless I bought new tires from them. I knew the tires were in perfect shape, so I just told them to put my tires back on. I noticed all the employees were gathering around my passenger wheel for about 25 minutes. When they were finished, I asked if there had been a problem. The manager told me they could not reuse my lug nuts, so they had to use new ones. Since my rims have center caps that cover the lug nuts, I couldn't see them, so I went on my way. The very next day I went to Belle Tire to get a second opinion on my tires. As soon as they removed the center cap, they realized that the idiots at Kan Rock had used an impact to force the wrong size lug nuts on. 2 of the 4 studs were snapped off and gone. The other 2 were completely stripped. So, not only did it cost $72 to replace the studs and lug nuts that Kan Rock had damaged, Kan Rock KNOWINGLY put my family & I in VERY serious danger. Those 2 studs would have certainly broke off had I drove much longer on them. If I had drove on the expressway at 70 mph......just imagine what would have happened when the front passenger wheel broke free of the car. They knew they did it, they lied to my face about it, they purposely covered it up and watched me drive off KNOWING how dangerous it was. The manager didn't even deny it when I called to go off on him. On top of everything else, the tires they said were no good were just fine. Belle Tire simply rotated my tires (for free) PROBLEM FIXED
