The accounting firm that I currently run has been around for many years. My grandfather, Oren Monroe, began doing tax returns in the 1940's. My father, Russell, joined the firm 1965 and is still active today. I later joined the firm in 1983, after working part-time for a number of years while attending high school and junior college.
