Terrible customer service:
I have to agree with whoever wrote the customer is always wrong. I ve had Monroe service for over ten years and they used to be great. OVer the last year the service has really declined with a lot of times they ve missed my stop. I will say they have been great about picking up extra large amounts of trash, like from a garage clean out, but then I don t put out much otherwise. However today they lied to me about throwing my like new $85 wheel barrow in the truck and crushing it. I saw them do it and heard the thing being crushed. But Monroe s is claiming scrappers must have taken it. Several emails to the company got no response. Lousy way to treat customers. Check out the reviews on other sites. It's not just me.
